What I Got for My 22nd Birthday
I celebrated my 22nd birthday earlier this month and I was lucky enough to get some amazing gifts from family and friends this year. I felt that these gifts would become staple pieces in my wardrobe and definitely embody my style.
I received this necklace from Tiffany & Co. from my boyfriend and I was so excited about it! I have wanted something special, timeless and dainty that I could wear all the time and know it was from him. More than that, my mother had the same necklace and I remember seeing it in her jewelry box when I was very little so to have my own meant a lot.
I stepped a little bit outside of my comfort zone for these Kate Spade studs that I purchased with a gift card that my sweet Godmother gave me. I typically stick to my Tiffany & Co. classic pearl studs (a gift from my mother for my 21st birthday). I tend to stray away from anything flashy but I thought these could be fun if I'm feeling a statement rather than an understatement one day.
This Kate Spade clutch was a gift from my Godmother, it came with a card holder and a compartment inside for the cardholder.
THIS purse is what I think of when I think of Kate Spade. I purchased this with a gift card my mother gave me and I love it. Again, outside of my comfort zone with the color because I think neutrals are such a great investment because then the piece goes with anything and stays a staple for years....but it's fun to experiment with color too.
This wallet was something I picked up out of necessity and was bought with a gift card. I needed a nice, new wallet that could hold my cards, cash and whatever else I stick in there (I'm a change hoarder) and this is perfect. The black will go with anything and can be dressed up or down.
